Overview: Everyone makes a good legrope but the point of difference with O&E is their one-piece system where the urethane is molded straight to the swivel, removing the weak point.
I gave my 7’0 legrope a real workout at 12ft Outside Corner, Uluwatu where I copped a 10 wave set on the head and I thought I was going to drown; the legrope should have broken but stayed in one piece and kept me a board to hang on to.

Totally agree I’ve seen these legropes stretch out that far that they have not come back to there original length but the surfer has never lost his board, but you should always check that there are no nicks in the rope cause thats when any rope will break.
