“Super quick and loose with a high-performance feel.”

Specs: 5’11 x 19 1/2 x 2 3/8 = 29L

Overview: MR has designed this board as a twin or to be used as a twin with a small stabilizer so you can have the best of both worlds. The Super Twin is very fast and loose in all conditions and it’s a great all-rounder. Using the small stabilizer fin will also add more control so you can jam it harder. The Super Twin has been one of my all time favourite boards ever and I’ve always made sure I’ve got one in my quiver.

Features: It’s an old school style board given latest mod cons. The Super Twin has a flyer swallow, medium rocker and rail combination and single to double concave with a really sweet foil. These little adjustments to the previous models of the Super Twin give it a really high-performance feel.

Recommended conditions: The unique fin position allows you to surf in most conditions and I definitely take advantage of this. From summer slop to pumping barrels, the Super Twin performs as well any other board. As long as conditions aren’t 8ft plus, you’ll probably see me riding this board.

Pros:
-Fast and loose due to the twin-fin setup.
-Still caries a fair bit of volume for paddle power.
-High performance feel
-Ability to use the stabilizer if you really want to jam it.

Cons:
-I’ve found everyone likes a fast board, but not everyone likes loose. This can be helped by using the stabilizer setup
